About Clint
With over 25 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Clint Brookover co-founded The Recruiting Specialists (TRS) in 1999, driven by a passion for helping businesses find skilled blue-collar talent in the manufacturing and clerical sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, which laid the foundation for his expertise in business development, sales, and client relations.
As Director of Sales and Recruiting at TRS, Clint has built a reputation for providing personalized service to both clients and candidates. He takes pride in TRS’s thorough screening and matching process, ensuring that every placement is a success for both the employer and the job seeker. His leadership, commitment to excellence, and hands-on approach have contributed to the company’s long-standing success in the Tulsa metropolitan area and beyond.
Outside of work, Clint enjoys playing golf, hunting, fishing, attending his kids’ sporting events, and spending time with family and friends.

About Reggie
I’m Reggie Weatherly, co-founder of The Recruiting Specialists (TRS), a staffing company I proudly established in Tulsa over 25 years ago. With a bachelor’s degree in business management from Oklahoma State University, I have a solid foundation in the principles that drive successful recruitment and staffing.
At TRS, we specialize in staffing for the manufacturing and construction sectors, as well as placing engineers, clerical, and office personnel. Our mission is to bridge the gap between employers and candidates, from entry-level roles to the most skilled tradesmen. We understand that the right fit is crucial for both parties, and our extensive experience allows us to identify candidates who not only possess the necessary skills but also align with our clients’ company cultures.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, serving at my local church, and pursuing my passions for hunting, fishing, and golf. Working with my hands is also a favorite pastime, allowing me to connect with the world around me.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern State University in Early Childhood Development and minored in business communication. Over the past 17 years, she has successfully led initiatives that have resulted in revenue growth.
In her role, Kristen is dedicated to understanding client needs and delivering exceptional value, making her a trusted partner in every collaboration. When she’s not strategizing for business growth, you can find her volunteering at The Little Light House and advocating for Inclusion. She has been a member of the Tulsa Area Down Syndrome Association for the past 6 years and enjoys spending time with her Family and Friends.

Ashley holds a certification as a computer software specialist from Oklahoma Central Tech. She has also been a certified Medical Assistant since 2012. She has a passion for helping others and helping them reach goals.
When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has volunteered in her hometown youth sports programs for the past 11 years. She is also very active within her church.
